Traces of plasmid DNA are sufficient to gain high-quality sequencing results.
The Ecoli NightSeq® is currently the fastest service for plasmid sequencing on the market, in case you have access to a drop box in Switzerland or Germany that is connected to our same-day courier system
Additional charge applies
Requires a Microsynth sample drop box in your vicinity with overnight logistics
In general, Microsynth automatically repeats failed sequencing reactions when an improvement potential is detected and the sample meet the sample requirements (concentration range). In addition, it is always possible to ask for specific repetitions of failed reactions (preferably by phone or e-mail).
